THe location were great. only 5 minutes from the beach and nearest subway. Have water dispenser inside our room.

Location. Friendly staff (very limited English).

check-in time is too late for tourist / customer. please review check-in/check-out time for guest convinience. probably should install bidet for toilet use.

People nice at the check in window.

Toiletries? That means USED bars of soap, used toothpaste, used shampoo etc. Slippers? That means one large pair of men's rubber slippers. No shower curtain. Bath towels? That means a couple the size of a small kitchen towel. No coffee/tea pot in room. No lamps. No clock. No table or chair. Not the hotel for westerners.

What was the highlight of Valentine Hotel

Only good thing is its location.

We were booked one room in this hotel for 5 people (two couple and a 3 year old kid). When we entered the room, it was shocking moment for all of us. there was only one room of medium size (8X12 ft). It was pretty much inconvenient to sleep all of us in one room. We expected at least two mini rooms inside (since we were two couples), but we were wrong. There was 'no lock' for the bath room, and was not hygienic. Windows were not operable, so mere ventilation in the room. That was totally unexpected and worst experience we had.
